How to apply for a Corrie Nursery place

Applications can be made by downloading the word document ‘Nursery application’ (see below) this can be filled in on your computer and either emailed (along with photo or scanned id of your child’s birth certificate or passport) or brought into the KS1 office.

If you would rather fill in a form in person:

There are copies of this form available to be completed manually at our KS1 office, please bring your child’s birth certificate or passport with you so that we can verify your application.

15 to 30 hours per week places, term time only, are available at Corrie Primary and Nursery School.

Children are usually admitted to Corrie in the September (or January/ April) following their 3rd birthday.

Sessions Available at our School

Mornings – 09:00 to 12:00
5 sessions, Monday to Friday

Or

Afternoons – 12:30 to 15:30
5 sessions, Monday to Friday

Or

30 Hour Places – 09:00 to 15:30
5 sessions, Monday to Friday

You may be entitled to a 30 hour place – https:/www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

The Local Authority requires parents to renew their eligibility codes for 30 hour places on a termly basis.

If you require a 30 hour place without qualifying for the Government code, payments can be made via the Parentmail app – log on details will be sent upon admission. The cost of additional 15 hours is £13.05 per half day session.
